Day 1
Cusco – Ocongate – Tinqui – Upis

04:00 a.m. Departure from Cusco to Tinque.
07:30 a.m. Breakfast.
09:00 a.m. Start of the adventure towards the town of Upis.
12:30 p.m. We will arrive at the Upis school.
2:30 p.m. Lunch.
3:00 p.m. We continue to the town of Upis.
4:00 p.m. Dinner and overnight.

Day 2
Upis – Abra Arapa– Ausangate Cocha

07:00 a.m. Breakfast
08:00 a.m. Walk to the open Arapa.
1:00 p.m. Lunch.
6:00 p.m. Dinner and overnight at Ausangate Cocha.

Day 3
Ausangate Cocha – Palomani – Pinaya - Hampa

07:00 a.m. Breakfast.
08:00 a.m. Walk to reach Palomani 5200 masl, the highest step of the route.
1:00 p.m. Pinaya lunch.
12:00 hrs Pinaya and Ticllacocha Valley
6:00 p.m. Dinner and overnight in Qanpa.

Day 4
Hampa Paso – Pachanta – Cusco

07:00 a.m. Breakfast.
08:00 a.m. Walk to the Qampa Pass.
1:00 p.m. Lunch in Qomercocha.
3:00 p.m. Pachanta walk.
5:30 p.m. Return to Cusco
9:00 p.m. Arrival to the city of Cusco.

Included:

  • Previous informative talk with the guide one night before the crossing.
  • Round trip mobility Cusco - Tinki / Pacchanta - Cusco
  • Trekking specialist guide, cook.
  • Horses to load all the camping equipment and muleteers.
  • Food: 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners (optional vegetarian at no extra cost)
  • Hot drinks: coffee, tea, coca, etc.
  • 1 tent for 2 people plus mattresses.
